Youkoso
A really good Japanese restaurant specialising in Teppenyaki, a sort of indoor barbecue held at your table. The décor is delightful with the waiting staff dressed in traditional Japanese attire.

The chefs have their own individual styles of entertaining you including juggling, sleight of hand and an unusual running commentary on the ingredients they are using!
The set Teppenyaki menu represents the best value for the hungrier diner and the Sashimi and Sushi combination dishes are a delight for the raw fish lover. The average cost for four people dining is normally about Cy£60-80 excluding drinks.
Check out their web site www.youkoso-japanese.com for more information and contact details.
Table reservations recommended.
Koh-i-Noor
One of the best Indian restaurants in Paphos, and probably in Cyprus! Most of the dishes, freshly prepared on the premises, will be familiar to the UK visitor but there may be some exceptions. The friendly, helpful staff will guide you through the menu and are always on hand to describe in detail the delights the chefs will prepare for you.
The average cost for four people dining is Cy£40-60 excluding drinks.

Table reservations recommended. Closed on Mondays.
Cava at the Elysium Beach Resort
A stunning restaurant in a stunning hotel! This is the hotels fine dining restaurant and while you may find what you are looking for on the traditional looking a la carte menu, the Menu Degustation is where its at! Enrico, the Head Chef of Cava, has created a well planned, well thought out menu which is beautifully presented. The palate cleansers he serves in-between some of the courses are an absolute delight.
The wine list is a solid mix of Old and New World with something to suit most peoples palates and pockets. The sommelier will be only too pleased to discuss the treasures in the cellar and find the right wine to truly compliment this wonderful dining experience.
Reservations are essential as opening times are restricted and there are only 30 covers.

Myrra Tavern
The Myrra is an excellent traditional Cypriot tavern run by Andreas Nicolaou situated in the middle of old Paphos, and fairly difficult to find for the occasional visitor! Here you will be served a traditional meze, 20-30 traditional Cypriot dishes prepared from ingredients bought at market that day. Due to the freshness of the ingredients there is no menu! You simply sit down, choose your drinks and wait for the myriad of dishes to appear.

ONeills
Budge, Eric and Dino opened this Irish bar in July 2002 becoming a firm favourite with the local ex-pat community virtually overnight. The combination of a really good menu available from 11.00am to midnight, offering anything from light snacks to great steaks, and most things in-between including an excellent Roast on Sundays (I suggest you book!); an extensive range of local and imported beers, wines and spirits; live music on Fridays and Saturdays and occasionally other days of the week; a multitude of sports channels displayed either on the big screen or the numerous smaller screens located around the bar; extensive outside seating area; kids play area and amusement centre; table service throughout; all ensure there is something for everyone. A warm welcome is guaranteed!
Sports fixtures and up-coming events are displayed on the notice-boards inside and outside of the bar.
Opening times: 10.30am 2.00am 7 days a week
Tramps
Two brothers, Mike and Nick, and the rest of the family will guarantee a very friendly and hospitable welcome in their own inimitable South African way! They took over the running of the bar in June 2003 and have steadily built a solid following. As with most South Africans, sport is important to them and is reflected in the vast array of sports channels their satellite dishes deliver to the many screens around the bar.
A good mix of local and imported spirits and beers, including the Belgian beer Leffe on draught, combined with a kitchen run by Mum who provides an excellent value menu with a real South African flavour to it, ensures this bar stands out from the crowd along the Tombs of the Kings Road.
Aces
An enthusiastic Australian welcome awaits you from Spiros and Phil, two repatriated Cypriots who now offer views on everything-as is the Aussie style! It is an ideal place to view all the live sports channels, watch the World go by or check out how the evening is shaping up further along Bar Street. This street has the most bars and nightclubs in Paphos, definitely a place for the clubbers amongst you. The way in which Spiros attracts passing trade is something you must not miss!
