Wildfire was a client-care initiative for this multinational telecomms company. Wildfire in nature is a source of immense, uncontrolled power, but what if that power could be harnessed to a positive end? In business this could be the equivalent of sustaining the spark of enthusiasm in staff before it flickers out. This was the concept behind this project.
